The ring diameter is 27mm.

What is the width of the mount where the ring is located? How are the inside spacers attached? Are they two halves that go around or one ring?

The inside spacers are just one piece inserts that reduce the diameter of the ring. They just fit into the ring and then the top of the ring is mounted over the insert. The width of the mount is not provided, but you will want to have at least 1.5" of rail space to mount.

It will not as this is meant for a flashlight/light. This is the ring information:

"Complete with 2 Spacers to Accept 27mm, 25.4mm(1"), or 20mm Tube Light Device"
