No, this should not cause any issues with ambidextrous safeties.

Yes. Tried to install on my MP 15 Sport II with ambidextrous safety. Blocks safety from functioning.

Yes it will interfere with the safety if the ambi side is a full length safety switch. A shortened version should work fine.

Their own site clearly states NOT COMPATIBLE with an ambi safety. I have reached out to them for additional information but no response. Looking at the grip the thumb side of the grip is cut lower then the trigger finger side which allows for the mil spec or long throw safety lever.

Yes. Unfortunately, it feels great in the hand. If it can be purchased for a low price, it can be modified with a little light carving work. I used a 1/4 wood chisel, light heat, and small files to gently shave/trim down the profile in order to run ambidextrous safety (also Leaper/UTG brand) and use this grip on my .350 legend build with a Franklin Armory Libertas lower. If you're not comfortable with that, UTG makes another comfortable pistol grip that doesn't interfere with ambidextrous safeties.

Best wishes for sub-MOA groupings!

Yes, sort of. It will interfere with any oversized safety switch marginally (the selector being ambidextrous isn't the issue as the grip's lips are symmetrical) . I was able to overcome this issue by repeatedly switching the selector back and forth several time. This did cause minor cosmetic damage to the lip of the grip, but the overall quality of the grip along with the ergonomic nature of it made me forgive this.
