Does this come with a "tailed" remote switch-pad that extends out, via wire, and can be attached to a comfortable spot on one's weapon?

The Leapers UTG Instant Target Aiming BullDot Green Laser does not include a pressure switch. There is only an on/off button on the backside of the laser.

Yes this item has a picatinny attachment, as long as you have a picatinny rail section on the handguard it can be mounted.

The Leapers UTG Instant Target Aiming BullDot Green Laser comes with a remote pressure switch. This will replace the push button on the rear of the laser.
