Are these made of 7075-T6 for sure?

I bought both models in black. The TLU001MS is made with 7075-T6. The rest are 6065-T6. If you scroll through the pics. you can see in the descriptions under them.

I wanted to purchase the black buffer tube, the picture shows is says "made in usa" on each side. Does it actually say that on the black model?

On the UTG Pro AR15 6-position Receiver Extension Tube MPN: TLU001MS, there is no MADE IN THE USA on the side. According to the manufacturers website photos, model TLU001 does have MADE IN THE USA on the side.

Does this buffer tube come with a castle nut, will i have to order one separately or does it even need one?

The UTG Pro AR15 6-position Receiver Extension Tube will only include the tube itself. You do need a castle nut for installation but you can simply re-use your existing one. You can also buy this as a kit that includes the castle nut, receiver end plate, buffer, and spring, found using the following link:
