What is the difference between the SWAT profile and Sniper profile?

The difference is in the bipod height. The SWAT profile adjusts from 6.1"-7.9", the Sniper profile adjusts from 8.3"-12.7"

this might sound stupid,because it says svibel stud mount ,would that be for a sling ?

No, it's a reference to a standardized sling attachment point that various model firearms have incorporated into their designs, which allows you to attach the bipod to that point that a sling would originally go.

I have two swivels on my forend.. is there a preference as to which one to mount this to and still use the other for a sling? Would this matter?

I recommend mounting the Leapers UTG Tactical OP Bipod to the forward most swivel stud. This way you can mount the bipod forward without it interfering or not fitting between the two studs.

If you use the swivel mount to attach the bipod to a Ruger American rifle; can you still attach a sling to that point (or the bipod itself)?

Yes, the Leapers UTG Tactical OP Bipod uses a picatinny rail adapter that mounts under the swivel stud on a rifle such as a Ruger American. Once that picatinny rail adapter is in place the Leapers UTG Tactical OP Bipod will attach to that, which will leave your swivel stud free to attach your sling.

The Leapers UTG Tactical OP Bipod will not fit unless you use this adapter:

It will not fit a Ruger 10/22 Carbine without a picatinny rail or swivel stud.

Yes. This comes with an adapter that adds a picatinny section to your swivel stud and has an extended swivel stud.

No, you would need to add a rail section to the MLOK handguard.
