will this fit on my nylon 66

Yes. The Leapers UTG Universal Dovetail to Picatinny/Weaver Rail Adaptor fits dovetail rails from 9mm to 11mm. The Remington Nylon 66 uses an 11mm dovetail so this adapter will fit.

It will not fit your Savage 64. This rail mount fits flat and rounded receiver dovetails.

The 9-11mm clamp on this is too wide for my 3/8 dovetail. Is there one of these for my 3/8 dovetail?

A 3/8" dovetail is approximately 9.525mm, it should fit a 3/8" dovetail as it fits dovetails between 9mm - 11mm. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com for further assistance.

Yes, that adapter fits on to any 9-11mm dovetail and the Benjamin NP Air Pistol should have an 11mm dovetail under the rear sight.
