Leupold used a modified footprint for this mount. This mount will indeed work as a left hand mount.

The Sig Sauer Romeo 1 Pro says it uses the DPP footprint. Will I be able to mount the Romeo 1 Pro directly to this mount?

Yes. The Romeo 1 Pro and DeltaPoint Pro share the same optic footprint. So this Leupold DeltaPoint Pro 45 Degree AR Mount will fit your Romeo 1 Pro without issue.

You will use the mounting screws that come with the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro in order to mount it to the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro 45 Degree AR Mount.

What reflex optics will bolt on without modifying

The Leupold DeltaPoint Pro 45 Degree AR Mount will fit optics that use a DeltaPoint Pro footprint or Shield RMSc footprint. Some of those optics include the Leupold Delta Point Pro, Shield RMS, Shield RMSc, Swampfox Sentinel 1×16, and Eotech EFLX to name a few.

Leupold used a modified footprint for their mount. A typical footprint is not reversible. This mount however only utilizes the two mounting screws in the center of the optic and has the holes set so the optic can be reversed. Therefore, this mount would work as a left hand mount.

Does a Burris fast fire 3 fit on it?

No, it will not. The Fastfire III uses the Docter/Noblex footprint. Here's a link to one that will fit to that optic.

No, the HS507C uses the RMR footprint. Unfortunately, Leupold does not appear to offer one. Here's a mount by Trijicon that will work.

Unfortunately, the Vism Flip Dot is either an RMR cut or a picatinny mount, depending on the model. This is a Leupold Delta Point Pro mount, they are incompatible.
