Medium rings should be ideal for that setup.
The 30mm, medium height rings should be just fine as long as you are using a base or rail to mount too.

For that scope and rifle I recommend using the medium or high Leupold Mark 4 Mounting Rings. Since the Bergara B14 HMR has a heavy profile barrel I would probably use the high Leupold Mark 4 Mounting Rings just to ensure I have enough clearance.
