The Leupold Standard Rifle Scope Rings will work for that rifle if you have the corresponding Leupold Base. The corresponding base is at the link below. For that scope I recommend using the low 1" rings.

Medium height Leupold Standard Rifle Scope Rings should provide you with enough clearance for your objective lens. These rings require you to have a STD 1-Piece or 2-Piece Base. You can find the 1-Piece bases compatible with Savage rifles by using the link below:

I would recommend using a picatinny rail mount and then 34mm high rings. You want high rings to allow clearance for your objective lens. Unfortunately there aren't many options for rings that will directly mount to a Weatherby Vanguard that are 34mm. Because of that, using a pic rail and rings that mount to that will allow for the correct sized rings with enough clearance. I will link the picatinny rail adaptor and scope rings below.
