Would this scope be alright on a 3006?

Expert Answer
A
Answered by Ethan, Gear Expert, from IL, United States, on January 31, 2022

Yes. Each Leupold Optic goes through the "Punisher" test (a simulated recoil machine) 5,000 times. The force of each impact is 3x the recoil of a .308 rifle. So the Leupold VX-6HD 1-6x24mm Rifle Scope will have no issues with a 30-06.
