To view the images you would need to remove the SD card and put it in a compatible device (computer) to playback footage and view stills.

When you power on the camera the red led will be solid red. By pressing the video/still button to record it will blink which means its recording. It will continue to record until pressed again. To view videos and stills use the supplied AV cord to hook camera directly to your tv or computer and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
