Yes. The Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 27/33 9mm Conversion Barrel will work for the Glock 33 (Gen 1-4). It will function best when using magazines designed for the Glock 26.

Unfortunately there is not currently a Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 27/33 9mm Conversion Barrel for a Glock 27 Gen5.

No. This Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 27/33 9mm Conversion Barrel is only intended for use on the Glock 27/33 generation 1-4 only.

It could be the shape of the bullet of the ammo you are using or the angle of the feed ramp, I would contact the manufacture.

Yes, it should as Lone Wolf states this in regards to generation, "Fits all Glock generations".
