5 1/4" from end to end. Actual barrel is 3 5/8" including the threads.

The Lone Wolf Arms Glock 21 .45 ACP Threaded Barrel will only fit Gen 3-4 Glock 21's. I would recommend the OEM Glock threaded barrel version found here:
