Will this interfere with a Crimson Trace laser saddle on a Mossberg 590?

Yes. The Tacstar Shotgun Rail Mount With Sidesaddle will interfere with the Crimson Trace laser on the 590 as this saddle requires both sides of the shotgun to mount properly. I would recommend the Mesa Tactical SureShell Side Mount Shell Carrier found using the following link:

While this may mount up to a 20 gauge receiver, please be aware that this is meant for 12 gauge shells which means the shell carrier is not going to be a proper fit for you.
