Will this work on the mag for a Ruger LCP max?

No. This Maglula BabyUpLULA Pistol Magazine Speed Loader only works with .22 LR to .380 ACP (9mm Short/Kurz) single-stack narrow-body <1/2″ mags. The LCP Max magazine is too wide and will not be compatible.

No, Glock's G44 magazines use the double stack body. These will only work for single stack magazines such as that of the Ruger Mark series.
