It will likely fit, but may require minor fitting. This is the fit information direct from Magpul for both the handguard and the stock:

STOCK:
Compatibility Most stamped receiver AK-47/AKM/AK-74 pattern rifles with fixed stock, single tang trunnion

*NOTE: Due to the wide range of tolerances of your typical AK, minor fitting of the stock may be required. Not compatible with Yugo pattern AKs or the Norinco Type 56S / MAK-90 due to differences in the trunnion’s tang. Not compatible with traditional milled-receiver rifles.


HANDGUARD:
Compatibility Most AK-47 / AKM / AK-74 rifles with barrels between 16.75-18.25 mm in diameter under the hand guard and greater than 13" in length*. Compatible with UltiMAK Optics Mount top cover.
Other Specs

*NOTE: The Zhukov Hand Guard requires the permanent removal of the factory hand guard retaining cap and forward sling mount if so equipped. Please ensure your barrel diameter under the hand guard falls between 16.75-18.25 millimeters before cutting your retaining cap! Due to the wide range of tolerances of your typical AK, minor additional fitting may be required. Not compatible with Yugo pattern rifles or RPK style receivers.

WARNING: Due to extended Hand Guard length, barrels less than 13” long are not recommended.

Yes, the Magpul AK-47 Zhukov M-LOK Polymer Furniture Set handguard has MLOK mounting slots for a fore grip at the 3,6,and 9 o'clock position.

The Magpul AK-47 Zhukov M-LOK Polymer Furniture Set might work with the Arsenal SAM-7, however, this is what Magpul states about fitment.

Is the M-Lok on the polymer handguard strong enough to handle a m-lok mounted sling without cracking?

These are made to fit standard stamped AK rifles, anything that deviates from that pattern is not a guaranteed fit.
