No, it will not. The included magazine is an AICS 308 pattern magazine, you would need a AICS small base variant.

Will this fit a Ruger American Ranch in 7.62x39 and if so, will the Mini-30 mags still work with this stock?

This stock will fit your rifle, however the Mini-30 magazines will not fit this stock, you would need an AICS compatible magazine.

Yes, it will fit a Ruger American in .350 Legend, but please be aware that there are no companies I am aware of that are offering .350 Legend AICS Compatible magazines.

I had the same issue with my 6.5 Creedmore Ruger American Predator in the Magpul Stock. I contacted Magpul to see if there is a fix. I was told to pull the bolt back as far as it will go, then rotate the bolt 180 degrees. It will then come out without removing the riser.

What Magpul magazine fits this stock for 300 AAC, in 10 or 5 round capacity?

You would need an AICS compatible magazine. Unfortunately Magpul does not make an AICS magazine for .300 AAC, so you would have to find an aftermarket option.
