Yes, the Draco 9s series will accept all standard AK47/AKM pattern furniture and will be compatible with this Magpul Industries MOE AKM Handguard.

Yes, the Magpul Industries MOE AKM Handguard accepts MOE compatible accessories. To mount a light, you will need to use a picatinny mounted light and use an MOE to picatinny adapter, like the one found linked below:

I have a spiked bayonet on my Mak-90 will this be a problem? Or would I have to detach it before installing?

From what information I could find the Magpul Industries MOE AKM Handguard should work with the MAK-90 but will require some minor fitting. However, I could not find any information regarding the compatibility of the handguard and a bayonet. I recommend contacting Magpul to confirm compatibility.

Yes. The Magpul MOE AKM Hand Guard is a replacement for original stamped receiver AK-47/AKM/AK-74 pattern rifles with a front sling loop on the hand guard retainer. Due to the wide range of tolerances of your typical AK, minor fitting may be required.
