Yes, it can with a sling stud adapter. This bipod is NOT designed for MOE handguards, its designed for sling stud mounts. The MOE name refers to Magpul's budget line of parts/accessories. Magpul (and some among other brands) makes an MLOK sling stud mount that will attach this to an MLOK handguard. The two will cost the same as Magpul's MLOK bipod but will save you about 3oz in weight off the front of your rifle.

Yes, it will attach to your rail…with the proper hardware. Kinetic Development Group makes a slick QD mlok bipod stud attachment that will do the job and give you quick attach/disconnect abilities as well.
