Will this work with the magpul adjustable bipod?

No, the slots on this adapter are not spaced enough for the Magpul picatinny bipod. You will need an adapter like this: https://www.opticsplanet.com/v/mag590-blk-magpul-industries-rail-section.html

Will the GG&G SFG-1 Short Vertical Grip mount to this rail or do I need a different rail? And if so which magpul rail will work?

Yes, that grip should only use a single slot, so it should fit this rail.
