What front and rear sights would you recommend for am15

The Magpul Industries MBUS Front/Rear Flip-Up Back Up Sights would be a great addition to any AR platform rifle such as your AM15. Any sight set that provides a 1.4" centerline height would be ideal for an AR platform rifle.

Yes, the Magpul Industries MBUS Rear Flip-Up Back Up Sight provides an absolute co-witness height of 1.4", so as long as you have an absolute co-witness mount with your MRO, you will achieve and absolute co-witness.

Will this work on a Sig Sauer M400 tread?

The Magpul Industries MBUS Rear Flip-Up Back Up Sight will mount to the picatinny rail on the receiver of a Sig M400 Tread. However, the front sight will not mount to the handguard of the Sig M400 Tread. I recommend using the sights at the link below for an M400 Tread.

Will this rear sight work with the Del-Ton 316 Echo AR rifle that has the gas block front sight factory installed?

The Magpul Industries MBUS Rear Flip-Up Back Up Sight will work with standard height A2 front sights. So it will work with the Front Sight Gas Block on the Del-Ton Echo AR.

These Magpul Industries MBUS Rear Flip-Up Back Up Sights mount to picattiny rail. So the rear sight will mount to the picatinny rail on the Colt M4 receiver and work with an A2 front sight.

These Magpul Industries MBUS Flip-Up Back Up Sights can be purchased separately but whether they are the same ones that you purchased depends on what model you bought. There are a few different models of the Magpul Industries MBUS sights.
