Is there any wobble/play in the stock when it is fully extended

The Manticore Arms Scorpion EVO Slider Stock will have some slight wobble but not to an extent where it is a problem when utilizing the stock at its furthest extended position.

The Manticore Arms Scorpion EVO Slider Stock is designed for the CZ Scorpion EVO and will not fit anything else. It has two positions, open and closed. You can find a compatible butt pad from Manticore Arms directly.

No. The Manticore Arms Scorpion EVO Slider Stock is solely designed to fit the CZ Scorpion EVO. It will not fit your APC 9. I'd recommend the A3 Tactical Skelestock Skeleton Stock found using the following link:
