That will completely depend on the safety selector and how it is set up on your rifle. This grip will fit most chassis's that accept an AR grip with the screw, but please be aware that this will not function with a safety assembly that requires that the grip contain the safety spring and safety detent as there is no spot or groove for them in the grip.
If that chassis will accept a standard AR grip with the single center screw, then yes it should fit.
