You are correct in that statement. You could use multiple 10-round MA Loaders for instance to load one 30 round Magpul magazine. You would need to pay special attention not to release the bolt however as you introduced and extracted each MA Loader to you ejection port until the third MA loader.
We have no licensing agreement, nor do we officially endorse these products however some of our customers have reported back that these companies have created loaders for our products.

Mag Speed Loaders
Although it is potentially possible to use this product with some assorted metal magazines, we designed the product to work specifically with STANAG polymer Magpul brand magazines. While designing the loader we decided to use Magpul for "mating" our system since it is by far the most popular 5.56/.223 magazine in the world.
The MEAN Arms loader in 5.56/.223 will not work with the 350 legend round. The MEAN Arms is built to exacting specs and the 350 legend cartridge is too tall.
As of right now we only offer the 5.56/.223 and 7.62x51mm MA Loaders. As technology progresses we are looking at small batch loaders based on 3D printing. This will make it cost effective for us and the end user. The single largest expense is always the mold. If we can remove that expense we are interested in the more exotic calibers and capacities like your 7.62x39mm. We are not quite there yet but making steady progress. Please watch our website and social media for future products. Thanks for your interest and support of MEAN Arms.
No, this will only work for 223/556 caliber ammunition.
There shouldn't be any issue.
This is the exact same product currently being offered direct from Mean Arms and will be the most up to date options.
You will have to consult local authorities for compliance. There is not currently a 7.62x39 model.
