Yes the Mean Arms 9mm EndoMag holds 30 rounds of 9mm.
Although this kit allows for different sizes, you decide how many rounds you want to carry. There are sections on the inside feed lip that you have to trim from 10, 15, 20, and 30. Hope that helps answer what you want to do.

This may be a barrel issue based on your description. Please contact sales@meanarms.com with an image of your barrel entry and an image of the face of your bolt. We can quickly ascertain the issue and assist you with these images.
With regards to our EndoMags and ExoMags we have always had good luck with the PSA 9mm bolt carrier. You may need to do some easy fitment techniques to make sure the ejector on our product functions correctly. If you have any questions, we have excellent technical support and numerous guides, we can send via email to assist you with setup.
All Endomag units ship in a 10-round capacity. They can be adjusted up to 30 round capacities by the end user in the event their home state allows higher capacity usage. The instructions are on the package and easy to follow.
