will these fit a Bersa TPR9C?

The Meprolight Bersa Tru-Dot Night Sights will not be compatible with the TPR9C. I would recommend using the SIG SAUER X-RAY1 Enhanced Day Sight Set, either MPN: SOX11013 or MPN: SOX11017, both of which would be compatible with the TPR9C. You can find the sight set by using the link below:

No. This Meprolight Bersa Tru-Dot Night Sights will only fit the BP 9 cc.

Yes. These Meprolight Bersa Tru-Dot Night Sights are compatible with the Bersa Thunder BP CC Series of pistols. Front blade height is 0.17", rear blade height is 0.19".
