The Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Trijicon MRO Quick Detach Modular AK Scope Mount is designed to put the optic on center or extremely close to center of the top cover on mil-spec built AK rifles. You may be able to use your iron sights but they will only be visible in the lower 1/5 - 1/3 of your optic window, depending on your specific rifle.

The Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Trijicon MRO Quick Detach Modular AK Scope Mount mounts to the side receiver rail on AK47's. From what information I could find, the VSKA does not have a side receiver mount so the Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Trijicon MRO Quick Detach Modular AK Scope Mount will not work.

The Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Trijicon MRO Quick Detach Modular AK Scope Mount will most likely interfere with the rear sight on your SAM7K.

I’m pretty sure you need the Aimpoint Micro with a H1/T1 footprint. This is for ACOGs. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
