Yes, this mount will work for the Primary Arms red dot as well.

If the main scope's mounting solution is T1/H1 compatible, then yes, it will work. It appears that the primary arms red dots with removable base should be compatible, but I'd check the scope first before buying this version. If it doesn't appear to be T1/H1 compatible, Midwest Industries offers a picatinny mount version of this which will be compatible with the removable base.
