Yes. The Midwest Industries MI GEN2 SUB 2000 T1/T2 Optic Mount will work with the Romeo 5 and any other optic that utilizes the T1/T2 footprint.

sorry we do not test with every optic we made it to fit the T1/T2 pattern.

Will this work with a Fairfield red dot?

Will this work with the Black Spider Optics M0129 Red Dot?

Black Spider Optics does not disclose the mounting footprint, but just looking at the mount it doesn't look like it will fit. The T1/H1 raised lug is very centered in the middle of the footprint, where the Black Spider footprint has it offset towards the end just enough to make a difference.
