It looks like this offsets the MRO forward. Is it possible to install the MRO facing the other direction so that it offsets towards the rear?

Unfortunately we do not have anything like that for the DeltaPoint Pro. Midwest Industries does make this rail version, which would allow you to mount the DeltaPoint on it with the normal picatinny mount: https://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/MI-QD-Bipod-Mount-Harris-Type-p/mi-qdabp.htm. Unfortunately we do not carry it at this time.
