Yes, this Midwest Industries MP5 Clones Mil-Spec Top Rail Handguard is compatible with the full-size Century Arms AP5. It will not fit the AP5-P or AP5-M.

The Midwest Industries MP5 Clones Mil-Spec Top Rail Handguard will not be compatible with your Umarex MP5. You would only be able to use SD style handguards.
