can you please tell me the torque specifications for the mount.

The torque specs for the Midwest Industries Scope Mount Gen2 are 45in/lbs for the cross bolts and 25in/lbs for the ring cap screws.

Yes, this will mount directly to the rail on your rifle.

Will this work on Trijicon Accupoint 5 -20 X50? with 30MM Tube? or do I need a high one? Also, Do I need the 1.5 Inch off Set? or Zero Off Set?
