The Mossberg Flex Tactical Forend will be compatible with your 590 A1. However, this forend requires the use of the Mossberg FLEX forearm adapter.

Unfortunately, this unit only fits the FLEX 500/590 Shotguns only.

I heard it might fit a High Standard 12 gauge (Flight King 120, Riot model). Can you confirm this?

It should fit, but might require minor fitment. The Mossberg forend is about 1/8" shorter, some people have just used a 1" heavy O-ring to make up the difference.
