NcStar does not provide a specific recoil rating for the 35mm Tri-Color Dot Tube Reflex Optic. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for more information. I would also just recommend purchasing the Holosun Paralow Red Dot Sight which is a little more expensive, but is known to withstand recoil on almost every caliber and weapon platform. Yes it can as long as it has a picatinny rail for the mount to attach to the firearm.

will this fit my glock 19 gen 4 ?

This is a rifle scope and mount. I guess if you had a slide with a picatinny tail it would. Maybe some other option but I would think the mass would interfere with operation i.e. failure to feed/eject, stovepipe issues. Look into reflex sights using glock or pistol in the search. Happy shooting mate!
