No, this handguards WILL NOT FIT a c39v2. Your c39v2 is what's called a milled receiver AK. This is made for stamped AKs. The differences are vast but in this case the only relevant difference that will disallow this handguards from working is that your milled AK doesn't have the slot at the bottom front of the receiver that a stamped receiver AK does. This is one of the crucial mounting points for this handguards system. I would suggest looking at the manticore arms selections. I believe they have one that will fit your milled ak.
