Per NcStar the "VISM AK KeyMod handguards are designed to fit most AKM stamped receivers with the standard AK barrel profile." It may fit your Saiga, but will most likely require fitting because AK's do not follow a standard pattern which means tolerances and specifications can vary across the many makers of the rifle platform.

It will most likely fit your C39V2, but may require fitting because AK's do not follow a standard pattern which means tolerances and specifications can vary across the many makers of the rifle platform.

Yes. The Vism AK KeyMod Handguards are designed to fit most AKM stamped receivers with the standard AK barrel profile. The Extended handguard extends forward of the Gas Block, giving you more handguard space to hold your AK and for giving you more space to mount your accessories.

Will the extended handguard completely replace the stock wooden handguard on a MAK-90? Also, are there accessories to fill in the holes?

Yes, it will work and I would recommend using standard keymod rail covers to fill the slots.

Do you have to have both halves attached for the rails to be mounted properly? Or could someone run just the bottom half?

This is meant to replace the entire handguard. Using a different top half is not recommended and we cannot guarantee it will work or install properly.

You will most likely have to file down the sling mount in order to fit the handguard.
