Will this fit with a high profile gas block?

The NcSTAR AR15 Carbine Length Quad Rail will fit AR15 platform rifles that use a carbine length gas system via the delta ring and front handguard cap. So as long as you have a delta ring and handguard cap this rail will fit.

The NcSTAR AR15 Carbine Length Quad Rail will work with a Ruger AR556 Carbine that uses GI Handguards caps and Delta Ring.

No. The NcSTAR AR15 Carbine Length Quad Rail will only fit AR15 platform rifles that utilize a carbine gas system and delta ring with a handguard cap.
