The VISM Plate Carrier Vests are designed to accommodate 10"x12" plates. 11"x14" plates (even soft armor) would not be compatible.

This will likely be too small. It might be a good idea to look for a carrier that will also accept larger plates, 11"x14", to cover more of your torso as well.

The recommended size for plates is 10"x12", but it will hold 8"x10" plates.

Where I bought mine they told me 6x8 I bought them ..a small fortune but they fit barely..they are definitely 6x6
