The NcSTAR Scope Mount - AK Accessory Top Cover 3 Rail Mount MTAK might work with a Saiga AK. However, due to the many AK variants with different specifications some fitment may be required.

What size/dimensions are the two mounting screws on the back

NcSTAR does not provide the dimensions of the mounting holes of this Scope Mount. I'd recommend reaching out to NcSTAR directly for more information.
