I have a FNH PS 90 with eotech scope on top. What is height of scabbard? Will it fit my configuration?

The interior width is 9.5", so as long as your setup is shorter than that, it should fit.

Can it carry a shockwave without any problems

That will depend on how your Shockwave is set up. It will need to fall within these dimensions:

Rifle Scabbard Width: 9.5"
Rifle Scabbard Length: 22" - 29.0"

Fully extended the scabbard is 28.5", but how long is it with the bottom flap clipped in the closed position?

In closed position, this scabbard is 22" long.
