Yes. The Night Fision Perfect Dot Suppressor Height Night Sight Set will fit your M&P 2.0 in 10mm. They will fit all M&P, M&P M2.0, SD9 VE, and SD40 VE models with the exception of Shield and Optics ready model M&P handguns.

Unfortunately, the Night Fision Perfect Dot Suppressor Height Night Sight Set will not fit the C.O.R.E. series (optics ready) M&P model pistols. I would recommend the Meprolight Self Illuminated Tru-Dot Fixed Night Sights which are compatible with optics ready M&P pistols, found using the link below:

Please reach out to the manufacturer for that information. Many aftermarket sights are not compatible between the 9mm/.40S&W models and the .45ACP models.
