No. The Nightstick Sub-compact Weapon Light W/grn Laser is designed to fit Glocks that do not have a lower picatinny rail. I would recommend using the TLR-6 from Streamlight. I will leave a link to the TLR-6 below.

My Glock 26 does not have a rail mount will this mount to the tiger guard?

Yes, the TSM-Series (including the TSM-12G for the G26/27/33) assembles around the trigger guard of these pistols. It doesn't require an accessory rail to mount.

I currently use the streamlight TLR6 on my Glock 26. Will this Nightstick Rechargeable light laser be easy to interchange on my Glock 26?

This light would mount similarly to the TLR-6. Ease would be up to the user as it is not difficult but more lengthy a process.
