What is the diameter of the ocular lens on this scope?

The outer diameter is 1.7in (44mm). Nikon does not provide the diameter of the lens itself.

I could not find this information on Nikon's site. How many MRAD per rotation and what is the vertical range of adjustment in MRAD?

One revolution is 8MRAD and the turrets have 15 MIL adjustment for both windage and elevation.

The measurement system (MOA and MRAD) is the only difference between the reticles.
