What is the maximum range? Is it day and night

"Maximum range" depends on what you're looking at. - the moon is 238,900 miles away, and it is clearly visible with any binocular. It depends on the size of the object - a moose is going to be visible where a hummingbird may not be.

Is this day and night? Yes, you can look at things both day and night, but this product is not night vision.
