Yes, the red dot does just adjustments that can be made to the dot to zero.

slightly adjustable. Realize the window is very small, so you will not have the adjustment range that another red dot optic will have. I did have a problem with mine when I received it and took it to the range. I was shooting a Gen 4 G19 MOS using 9mm range ammo. The glass shattered on the 4th magazine. I'm sending in for a replacement. I really like the sight and the low profile, hopefully my experience is a fluke and not the norm.

Yes, it is adjustable for elevation and windage. The instructions are in the little booklet included with the sight.

From what I have read, it is adjustable. Ordered one, will edit when I get it.
