I recently installed the KX5 as per instructions, but the image of the Pig is upside down, so does it matter in terms of functionality?

No, that has no impact on function. If you want it to be in the upright position though, you can use a crush washer or shim kit to time the muzzle device.

Yes, this should work for 9mm as long as it's threaded in 1/2x28.

Overall length is 3.25”. How much do I subtract for the threaded portion? I’m attempting to match it with an 8” barrel. Need 2 know final O/A length.

Noveske does not state the length of the Noveske KX5 Flash Suppressor after install or the length of the threaded portion. I recommend contacting Noveske for that information.

I have a 9mm in 1/2x28 will it work? or is the inner diameter too small?

This Noveske KX5 Flash Suppressor is designed for use with 5.56/.223 so it will not work with 9mm. The flash suppressors at the link below will work for a 9mm threaded for 1/2x28.

There are no models of the Noveske KX5 Flash Suppressor without the pig.

This is not a suppressor/sound reducing device, so no tax stamp is needed.

What is the weight of the kx5? I’ve seen the specs saying 4.5 ounces, however I have also seen around 6 ounces. I would like an actual real weight!
