Yes. The Oakley SI Extractor Sling 2.0 Backpack has one strap, but also has a removable waist strap to help secure the bag to your body.

No. This Oakley SI Extractor Sling 2.0 Backpack would not fit a folded Scar 17. I would recommend a standard gun bag or case.
