Does this include a gas tube? Also, will it fit in a Geissele MK4 handrail?

The ODIN Works Blackout Barrels do not include a gas tube. They will fit in a Geissele MK4 Handrail.

Will gas blocks made for a .750” barrel diameter work with this barrel?

Yes. This ODIN Works Blackout Barrel, Medium Profile, w/Tunable Gas Block will include an Odin Works tunable gas block with the barrel. It has a 0.750" gas journal size.

Which gas block is included/what are the dimensions of the block for handguard compatibility? Is the block going to fit inside of a DD SLiM rail?

You will need to purchase gas block and tube separately if you use a low profile gar block you should not have fitment issues you with your handguard.
