I have a fluted heavy barrel in .223 wylde. Will that port clear the 1" diameter of the barrel? Thank you.

No, it will not. This gas block has a .750 inch diameter meant to fit onto AR barrels that use .750 gas blocks. You need to verify what diameter gas block your barrel uses and find the appropriate option.

Odin Works doesn't say what size it is, however the allen wrench is included with the gas block.

I have pre dimpled barrel and I want to make sure this will fit. What's the spacing of the set screws?

Set screw spacing seems to be approximately .450", but I would highly recommend reaching out to Odin Works to get the exact dimension from the manufacturer of the part.

What if my Bushmaster XM15 E2S M4 5.56/ .223 has a 16 in (410 mm) barrel? Would this adjustable gas block fit and function with no problem?

The ODIN Works Tunable Low Profile Gas Block will work on a Bushmaster XM15 with a 16" barrel. As long as your AR15 has a .750" gas block journal your will be able to use the ODIN Works Tunable Low Profile Gas Block.
