Will the 6.5 grendel bcg work as a 7.62x39 bcg thanks

No, the 7.62x39 bolt will have a bolt face depth of .125". The 6.5 Grendel Type 1 bolt should be compatible. This is a Type 2 bolt face with a greater depth and would not be advisable for use with the 7.62x39 cartridge.

What is it made out of the bolt carrier group and the bolt itself

The materials are listed in the description. The carrier is made of case hardened 8620 steel and the bolt is made of case hardened 9310 steel.
